Central Missouri's Czerniewski wins Harlon Hill

Florence, AL (Sports Network) - Central Missouri quarterback Eric Czerniewski has been named the winner of the 2010 Harlon Hill Award, given annually to the top player in Division II.

This year marks the 25th time the honor has been awarded, and Czerniewski became the first Mules player to receive it.

Czerniewski threw for 5,207 yards to set a single-season Division II record. He completed 66.7 percent of his passes and threw for 46 touchdowns, leading Central Missouri to a 11-3 record and the quarterfinals of the Division II playoffs.
