Bradford's decision expected at Sooners' press conference

Norman, OK (Sports Network) - The University of Oklahoma has called for a 5:30 p.m. (et) press conference Wednesday in which Heisman Trophy quarterback Sam Bradford is expected to announce his intentions for next season.

Oklahoma announced the press conference earlier in the day on Wednesday and it is widely speculated that Bradford, offensive tackle Trent Williams and tight end Jermaine Gresham will each announce whether or not they are entering the 2009 NFL Draft or staying in Norman.

Oklahoma concluded its 2008 season with a disappointing 24-14 setback to Florida in the BCS championship game as the Sooners were beaten on college football's biggest stage for a third straight time, also faltering after the 2003 and '04 campaigns, to LSU and USC, respectively.
