Bills QB Edwards to start vs. Titans

Orchard Park, NY (Sports Network) - Buffalo Bills head coach Dick Jauron announced Wednesday that quarterback Trent Edwards will return to the field when the team plays at Tennessee on Sunday.

Edwards missed Buffalo's last two games with a concussion suffered in Week 6 against the Jets, and the Bills had their bye last weekend. Jauron said Edwards has earned the right to be back under center.

Ryan Fitzpatrick has been filling in for Edwards, and in two starts has completed 26-of-45 passes for 240 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.

In six games this season for the Bills (3-5), Edwards has completed 91-of-153 passes for 985 yards, five TDs and six picks.
