Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson left Sunday's 27-24 win over Washington because of a concussion.
Jackson made a reception late in the third quarter and then left the game.
"He just was a little groggy, but he was able to get up and get off the field and all that fairly quick," said Eagles head coach Andy Reid.
Eagles running back Brian Westbrook has missed time this season due to concussions, but Reid said he doesn't believe Jackson's is as severe.
"It wasn't quite like that one where (Westbrook) was knocked out like that," the coach said. "We'll just have to see how he does here. We'll do the test on him and evaluate him."
So far this season, Jackson has caught 44 passes for 769 yards and six touchdowns.
Eagles tight end Brent Celek may have torn ligaments in his left hand during the game. He leads the team with 54 catches and has 601 yards receiving with five touchdowns.
