Ndola, Zambia (Sports Network) - Adilson da Silva closed with a one-under 72 Sunday to cruise to a four-shot win at the Zambia Open.
The Brazilian, who was runner-up in the last Sunshine Tour event, finished the 54-hole event at 17-under-par 202 on the par-73 Ndola Golf Club. The victory was da Silva's sixth on the tour and second in as many years.
He went wire-to-wire for the win after opening with a stellar nine-under 64 on Friday.
Johan du Buisson also closed with a 72 to end alone in second place at 13- under-par 206. Brett Liddle was one stroke further back after carding his second straight 70.
Jbe' Kruger, the 2009 champion, stumbled to a two-over 75 in the final round to finish well back at minus-two.
