"Getting Brad signed was one of our top priorities this season," said Blues president John Davidson. "We are counting on him to be an integral part of our offense for years to come."
Boyes, 25, leads the team with a career-high 32 goals, and ranks ninth in the NHL in goal scoring. His 47 points (32 goals, 15 assists) are second on the club.
Boyes has totaled 162 points (75 goals, 87 assists) in 229 career NHL games. The six-foot, 195-pound forward was originally Toronto's first-round selection, 24th overall, in the 2000 NHL Draft. He was acquired by the Blues from Boston in exchange for Dennis Wideman on February 27, 2007.
