Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) - Pittsburgh Penguins center Evgeni Malkin is listed as day-to-day after being struck with a shot from teammate Kris Letang in the second period of Sunday's 2-1 win at Tampa Bay.

Malkin left the game with an undisclosed injury and did not return. X-ray results showed nothing was broken.

The reigning Art Ross and Conn Smythe trophy winner has 23 goals and 46 assists in 62 games this season.
