Blues give F Stewart one-year deal

St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) - The St.Louis Blues signed forward Chris Stewart to a one-year contract on Thrusday.
Stewart, 24, recently completed his fifth season in the NHL and played in 79 games, posting 15 goals and 15 assists and adding two goals in seven playoff games.
The 18th overall pick of the 2006 draft by Colorado, he has played in 271 games between the Avalanche and Blues and has posted 82 goals and 84 assists during that time.
