Edmonton, AB (Sports Network) - Corey Perry notched a pair of power-play goals late in the third period as Anaheim squeezed by Edmonton, 3-2, at Rexall Place.

George Parros also lit the lamp while Teemu Selanne added two assists for the Ducks, who snapped a two-game slide and have won five of seven overall.

Curtis McElhinney stopped 34-of-36 shots for his fifth win of the season.

Gilbert Brule and Marc Pouliot scored for the Oilers, whose three-game win streak ended. Jeff Deslauriers made 37 saves in defeat.

Anaheim took a 2-1 lead on the power play with 7 1/2 minutes left in regulation, when Perry managed to knock his own rebound out of the air in the crease and send it past Deslauriers and a pair of sliding Oiler defenders.

Perry added a second power-play score 1:35 later, when he quickly slammed home the rebound of a Selanne shot.

The Oilers had a 6-on-4 advantage for well over a minute with a power play and their net empty but failed to convert, but capitalized on a 6-on-3 advantage with 20 seconds remaining on a Pouliot stuffer.

Parros snuck a shot between Deslauriers' pads from the slot at 8:18 of the first period and the Ducks led by a goal after one.

Brule's sizzling slapper from the left circle tied the game at 5:52 of the second period.
