Bordeaux struggled to solve Toulouse in the Garonne derby at Municipal Stadium and close the gap back to four points, but was rescued by the late winner from Micoud.
Micoud's goal was Bordeaux's only shot on goal. Gabriel Overtan helped set up the goal by keeping the ball in play on the right before passing to Micoud.
Bordeaux plays Nice, Marseille, Sochaux and Lens in its last four games. Lyon finishes with Caen, Nice, Nancy and Auxerre.
Toulouse remained three points out of the bottom three.
In Sunday's other game, Kevin Mirallas scored two goals as Lille overcame an early deficit to defeat Marseille, 3-1.
Lille, which also got a goal from Jean Makoun, kept its slim European hopes alive by moving within six points of fourth-place Marseille.
