Belhanda picked up a red card in last week's 2-2 draw with Evian after an
incident with defender Cedric Mongongu, while he had already been banned one
game for collecting three bookings in 10 games.
The suspension will deprive Montpellier of Belhanda's services for Sunday's
showdown with third-place Lille as well as the team's final match of the
season against Auxerre on May 20.
The 22-year-old has contributed 12 goals and four assists this campaign as
Montpellier has risen to the top of the league and owns a three-point lead at
the top of the league with two games to play.
