Gomez denies Bayern link

Stuttgart, Germany (Sports Network) - Stuttgart striker Mario Gomez has denied reports that he has already agreed a deal to join Bayern Munich.

The Germany striker has been linked with a move to the Allianz Arena in each of the last two transfer windows.

But despite denying that a deal has already been struck, Gomez did suggest a move to the current reigning Bundesliga champions could happen at some point in the future.

"That is definitely false," he said when asked if a deal had already been agreed.

"It's clear that that could be an option for the future.

"If Stuttgart continue to use their veto against a transfer next summer then I'll accept that."
