Bremen, Germany (Sports Network) - Werder Bremen has signed goalkeeper Raphael Wolf from Austrian club Kapfenberg to replace Germany international Tim Wiese.
The 30-year-old Wiese will leave Bremen this summer after seven years with the club, and Wolf moves to the German club after his former side was relegated.
The 23-year-old Wolf, who was born in Munich, was with Hamburg's reserve side from 2007-09 and spent the last three seasons with Kapfenberg.
