Poulsen happy at Sevilla, cools Barca talk

Seville, Spain (Sports Network) - Sevilla midfielder Christian Poulsen has rubbished continuing rumors that he is a transfer target for Barcelona.

The 28-year-old Denmark international was reported to have held talks with a high-ranking Barca official last week, but Poulsen says that those claims are untrue.

He told his current club's official website: "I have seen in the newspapers that they say I have had a meeting with people from Barcelona. It is not true.

"The only truth is that I signed a contract until 2009 with Sevilla and that I have no concrete offer from another club. I am very happy here and what happens in the future I don't know."
